Service Description
At Views by Rhylan, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your photo session and the final product. That’s why we offer a client review service where we schedule a 10-20 minute zoom call to go over your images and help you select the ones that best capture your vision. We value your input and want to make sure that you are happy with every aspect of your experience with us.
Cancellation Policy
1. **Reservation and Deposit:** - A non-refundable deposit is required for booking, deducted from the total fee. 2. **Cancellation:** - Cancel more than 72hrs before the session for a refund (deposit). - Cancellations within 72hrs are non-refundable, including the deposit. Late Arrivals 30 mins, 3. **Weather:** - Reschedule for adverse weather; deposit can be applied to a future booking within 5 days. 4. **Late Arrivals:** - Late arrivals won't get extended sessions. VBR allows latecomers for up to 20 minutes into the session. 5. **Communication:** - Notify promptly of changes or cancellations via viewsbyrhylan@gmail.com. Clients, By booking, agree to adhere to this policy. We appreciate your understanding.
