We'll work with you to determine the best location, time of day, and poses to ensure you get the perfect family photo that you'll treasure for a lifetime. Additional fees may apply for families with more than 5 members, and additional fees may apply depending on your preferred venue or location, but we guarantee the end result will be worth it. Book your session today and let us capture your unforgettable memories. Please note that deposits are only refundable 72 hours before the session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Views by Rhylan At Views by Rhylan, we understand that life happens. We strive to be flexible while also respecting the time and effort put into preparing for your session. Please read our policy carefully: 1. Cancellations & Refunds: • If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session, you’ll receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will receive a credit (not a refund) toward a future session. • You have 3 calendar days from the cancellation date to reschedule. The rescheduled session can take place at a later date but must be booked within that 3-day window. • If you fail to reschedule within 3 days, your credit will be forfeited and a new booking with a new non-refundable deposit will be required. • Clients are allowed one reschedule per booking. If the rescheduled appointment is missed, the credit is forfeited, and a new booking with a new deposit is required. 2. No-Call / No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your session without prior notice: • Your payment and deposit will be forfeited. • A new booking and non-refundable deposit will be required for future appointments. • Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis—in such instances, payment may be credited but the deposit remains non-refundable. 3. Photographer-Initiated Cancellations: If I need to cancel for any reason: • You will receive a full refund, including your deposit, or the option to reschedule with full credit applied. • If I must cancel on short notice, and you choose to reschedule, I will offer extra time during your session and/or complimentary prints as a thank you for your flexibility. 4. Payment Policy: • Full payment is required at least 24 hours before your scheduled shoot. • If payment is not received by that time, the session will be automatically cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. • A new booking and new deposit will be required to reschedule. 5. Habitual Cancellations / Missed Appointments: Clients who repeatedly cancel or miss appointments may be required to: • Pay the full session fee in advance, • Pay an additional rebooking fee, • Forfeit future deposits if sessions are not honored.
