Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Deposit & Payment • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. • The remaining balance is due in full prior to your scheduled shoot. • Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and no more than 90 days out. Cancellations & Reschedules • Outside 7 days of your session: one courtesy reschedule is included — your deposit is applied to the new date. • Within 7 days of your session: your deposit is non-refundable. • No-shows: deposit is forfeit and the session balance remains owed. Weather: outdoor sessions affected by weather are rescheduled at no charge. Usage Rights Once paid in full, you receive an unlimited personal-use license — print, share, post, gift, and display your images however you like, forever. Commercial use (advertising, brand campaigns, packaging, AI/ML training, resale) requires a separate written license. Delivery Final images are delivered within 5–7 business days. Some specialty sessions may take up to 10 business days — your service page lists the specific timeline. Rush delivery is available on request: 2-business-day turnaround is $50, 1-business-day turnaround is $85. Just ask — it'll be added to your final invoice. Questions?
